Background: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is the most common skin disease in infants and children, influenced by hereditary environmental factors characterized an inflammatory reaction skin. The increase AD has been explained two hypotheses: "hygiene hypothesis" "diet–microbiome hypothesis." driven a familial or personal predisposition to induce immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies sensitize response stimuli. Microorganisms on have shown play important role pathogenesis of AD, changes composition microbiome investigated progression pediatric patients. Method: This descriptive observational study with cross-sectional approach aims determine bacteria found AD. samples were taken from both lesion non-lesion areas children which grown anaerobically aerobically blood Brucella agar at 37C. bacteri then indentified Vitek® 2 data presented percentage. Result: Thirty-five patients (18 males 17 females) mean age 7.58 (0,17 – 16) years diagnosed examined for bacterial culture lesions non-lesions. A total 4 types neck, 20 forearm, hand folds, fingers, 1 knee, 5 lower limbs. Conclusion: Gram-negative bacilli, namely, Acinetobacter baumannii (15%) Burkholderia cepacian (14.3%), followed Gram-positive coccus Staphylococcus hominis (11.4%).
